Policies
On Booking Number Of
Party, Please be advised that the number of your party must be
stipulated.
No Pets Allowed.
Smoking Confined To
The Pool Area ONLY Please.
You cannot check-in
before 4.00PM on your arrival date. You must vacate the property by
10.00AM
on your departure date
The client is solely
responsible for any damage or breakages that may be caused to the
property or its contents during your stay.
Liability - The
property is privately owned and neither the owners nor the management
personnel accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury,
accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however
caused. The owners and their agents reserve the right of entry at any
time. (This includes such workers as pool maintenance, gardeners etc)
Any Bookings for less
than 5 nights will incur a £35 Cleaning fee.
If due to unforeseen
circumstances, and no fault of the owner, a guest is unable to continue
their stay at Sun Palace, the owners and management company reserve the
right to provide alternative accommodation to the same standard as
quickly as possible, we accept no responsibility for any inconvenience
this may cause.
PLEASE NOTE
We will endeavor to
solve any problem you may have with the villa as quickly as
possible, unreasonable or threatening behavior towards the owner or
management company will NOT be tolerated, we reserve the right to
evict any tenant immediately for this sort of behavior, or where we
feel the well being of the villa is threatened, no monies will be
refunded.
You must absolutely ensure that children are not left on their
own in the accommodation. Neither are they to be allowed access to
the pool or hot tub unless accompanied at all times by a responsible
adult.

Deposits
A Non-Refundable 30%
Deposit Will Be Required On Booking.
A £100.00 refundable
security deposit will be required at the time of booking, This deposit
will be returned to your party once the management company have
reported no damages.
Our local management
company checks the home before your arrival and after your departure and
will advise us of any faults. This may include additional cleaning costs
for removal of stains due to spillages or stains.
We retain the right to
withhold the security deposit (either in part or in full) to cover
damage to the villa or it's contents, or where the terms of the contract
have been broken, e g balances not paid when requested, receipts for
repairs / replacements will be provided, in the unlikely event that such
retention of the security deposit is required.
We reserve the right
to pursue a guest for recompense for any and all damages caused which
may exceed the value of the security deposit and will require payment
within 14 days of being served notice of this.
